The Organizational Character Assessment is administered online. It is designed to provide actionable data relative to organization-wide employee satisfaction, leadership example, ethical standards, communication, and teamwork. Each of the four modules contains 12 questions, six of which are benchmarked against award-winning organizations.

After you have completed the steps to design and purchase your Organizational Character Assessment, we will email you a link for you to share with your employees. Using that link, your employees will access and complete the assessment.
On the agreed upon date, we will close your assessment and send you the link to access your results report which includes the Executive Summary, Internal Favorable/Unfavorable Report, Benchmark Comparison Report, Unedited Comments Report, and suggested Action Planning Options.
